Camper Review

Weighing in at 1350kg and with a body of just 2.9m long and less than 2m wide, the Mitchell offers the security and ease of sleeping under a hard-top roof, with the uncompromised maneuverability of a camper trailer.

The Mitchell rides on Pioneer Campers’ own proven 2t Grafta independent suspension and is fitted with an internal hard folding floor and pop-up rear roof equating to a hassle-free setup with no packing of canvas required.

Off-the-grid appointments include the 80W fixed solar panel, 120L water tank and a hot water shower included as standard. Other internal comforts include a queen-size innerspring mattress with over a metre headspace, and a floor that’s large enough to accommodate a table and chairs. Large marine-grade side opening windows ensure airflow throughout.

The roll out stainless steel kitchen features a Smev sink three-burner stove, cutlery drawer and slide-out prep tray plus a 90L pantry and a 1200mm drawer accessible inside and out.
