Great Nundle Dog Race

Tallong Apple Day Festival

Sample local apple produce, apple cider and enjoy crafts from more than 50 market stalls, and enjoy a fiercely contested pie-eating, apple bake-off and fleece-to-garment competitions.



Clunes Booktown Festival

Browse thousands of rare, new and second-hand books at more than 50 bookshops and stalls with writers’ talks, the Children's Booktown precinct, street theatre, brass bands, wine and food.

Amble or pound the 6km Fyans Creek trail, hit a stride in the 12km run with a lap across the wall at the stunning Lake Bellfield or test yourself to the max in the 21km trail run.

Mother’s Day Classic

Celebrate Mothers’ Day with a fun run and walk to raise funds for breast cancer research. The Ulverstone event offers a 4.3km walk/run but you can come along as support and join in the fun.



JDRF One Ride

Take in the spectacular Barossa Valley as you and your mates cycle to improve the lives of those living with type 1 diabetes on one of four managed routes ranging between 35-160km.

Perth Comedy Festival

Catch all the laughs as the emerging and established local and international comedians descend upon Perth for three weeks of mayhem, with a Gala Event at the iconic Regal Theatre May 3.

Moondyne Festival

May 7

Toodyay harks back to the pioneer years to celebrate the infamous escapades of Moondyne Joe with stalls, exhibitions, games and rides in period costume.
